The role of the Customer Service Representative is to identify and resolve customer service issues, such as missed pickups and billing issues, in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to use a computer in a Windows based environment
• Proficiency (perform the skill without assistance) using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be able to type 35 words per minute
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen and background check

Growing Cell Phone retailer seeks Customer Service Superstar to service and repair cell phones

Our technicians:

Educate customers about email, Bluetooth, apps and other phone set-up processes
Troubleshoot software issues
Resolve problems related to email, apps, and device software
Perform physical repairs of touch screens, LCDs, and other repleceable components
Give advice about appropriate accessory items and device protection

This is a customer-facing position in a retail environment. A proven track record providing World-Class customer service is a must.
