Growing specialty employee benefits company seeks energetic results oriented self starters to work with our existing Sales Team to sell a suite of benefit products.
Our primary marketing and sales efforts are directed toward small businesses (under 100 employees) although our benefits can be a good fit for larger organizations as well. Within our business structure there is an opportunity to build your own book of business with commissions, a team you manage, and a residual income.
Structural training and support is provided on an ongoing basis.
The Sales Associate will engage in telephone calling to secure meetings with business owners/decision makers. Sales calls will be made to prospects according to criteria established by the sales team. Many calls will be to warm leads already identified by the team. Sales activity will include group enrollments for voluntary benefits, along with your Sales Team members.
Associates will report to a designated Sales Team Leader/Manager.
Workplace Partner products include Employee Assistance Programs, Work Life Services, Wellness Programs, Organizational Development Services, and the LegalShield Suite of products including Small Business Plans and Group Plans with a very robust Identity Theft Service.
LegalShield was created as part of a rebranding of Prepaid Legal Services, Inc., products following the acquisition of the New York Stock Exchange Traded Company by MidOcean Partners in 2011.
A consumer market study done in connection with the acquisition showed that the LegalShield product sales had a realistic potential to quadruple from approximately 450 million a year (U.S. and Canada) to over 2 billion yearly (U.S. and Canada) within a 2-4 year period.
In spring of 2012 a large media campaign will be launched to support the sales efforts for LegalShield products.

Qualifications:
? Minimum of 5 years working in business sales/operations/management or related areas.
? College Associate Degree or a minimum 2 years college in business related field
? Achievement oriented and willing to work hard.
? Self-starter. Ability to organize activities to be productive in a sales environment with minimal oversight/supervision.
? Able to work with a team. Participate and give constructive feedback leading towards continuous quality improvement.
? High level of integrity and a positive attitude.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation will be from Commission. You will become a LegalShield Associate and have the benefit of a LegalShield Protection Plan.
You will be eligible for residual income on plans you sell.
