We are a professional photography lab that needs a dependable individual to work in our customer service department. This person will be responsible for answering phones, answering questions, taking orders, order entry and handling any problems or issues from our customers.

This is a full-time position and schedule will be from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday. Employees are given one hour mandatory unpaid lunch break and two fifteen minute paid breaks. Hourly wage will start at $12.00/hr with a review in two months, nonnegotiable.

Structural training and support is provided on an ongoing basis.

The Sales Associate will engage in telephone calling to secure meetings with business owners/decision makers. Sales activity will include group enrollments for voluntary benefits, along with your Sales Team members.

Associates will report to a designated Sales Team Leader/Manager.

A consumer market study done in connection with the acquisition showed that the LegalShield product sales had a realistic potential to quadruple from approximately 450 million a year (U.S. and Canada) to over 2 billion yearly (U.S. and Canada) within a 2-4 year period.

In spring of 2012 a large media campaign will be launched to support the sales efforts for LegalShield products.

Qualifications:

? Minimum of 5 years working in business sales/operations/management or related areas.

Field Service Technician (Atlanta)

Our company services digital signage and kiosk systems in the Atlanta Metro area – We are looking for a part-time service technician to service our customers digital signage systems. Service calls include, installation of new units, trouble shooting and repairs of existing units. Service calls in general take about 2 hours each, and you should have approximately 5 to 10 service calls a week. Your territory will cover a radius are of approximately 60-100 miles.

We are looking for someone that has good computer skills, speaks fluent English, and can handle basic tools and precision tools. You need to have a good understanding of how computers and networks operate. You will need to be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and will NOT be handling or collecting money. You will need to be able to accept shipments of parts at your house – parts shipments will be for scheduled service calls, upon completion of the service call, the used equipment will be shipped back. Parts shipments will vary, but little space will be needed to store inventory.

This position has the potential for you to become a Full Time employee as the company grows. We are a company looking for energetic and positive people to help us grow and grow with us. In addition to the installation/repairs of equipment we focus and put energy into our relationship with our customers. Therefore, we need both professional and personable service representatives as the face of the company.

The job will provide paid on-site training, and some tools.
Pay is $14.00/hour including drive time, plus $0.40/mile for mileage.
