> Be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat and lift up to 75lbs

> A valid Georgia driver’s license and a clean driving record
> Posses a high School Diploma or GED
> Must be willing to take a basic mechanical aptitude test

ALDI is currently hiring for a new store scheduled to open this Spring in the Towne Lake Woodstock location. We are looking for highly motivated, professional, hard working individuals who want to join a great company. Retail management experience is preferred but not required.

Employees must be available from 6 AM to 11 PM 7 days a week. All employees must be extremely hard working and willing to work in an environment with little supervision. We expect all employees to be leaders and to do things without being told. All employees must take initiative and act without being acted upon.

All employees are hired as cashiers but depending on performance can be promoted to shift manager in less than 1 month. Cashiers start at $10.50 an hour and Shift Managers start at $14.50. Our full time employees are eligible for benefits, 401k, and life insurance. Full time at ALDI is between 25-35 hours per week and any employee who average more than 20 hours per week is eligible for benefits.
