About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Professional Account Collections Representative to join our Premium Accounting Team located 15 minutes from the Perimeter Mall area. The successful candidate must be a solid negotiator with an excellent Customer Service presentation as well as having a proven of track record of aged receivables recovery. The ideal candidate will be well skilled in negotiations analysis and have a sound understanding of FDCPA collection guidelines.

National Mediation L.L.C. and its affiliates seek only ethical, dependable, and multi-talented team players. The right person for this role should be results oriented, organized, pay strong attention to detail with high work standards and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Professionally handle customer service inquiries from policyholders and agents.
Multi-task – by reviewing the aging detail, call on delinquent accounts, notating policies, suspending account activity, and setting up follow up scheduling on a daily basis. Investigate all aspects of delinquent accounts

Set up and timely monitor pay plan schedules and settlements. Maintain and monitor accounts recommended for external collection efforts. Process and catalog all in-coming/outgoing correspondence to/from collection agencies/attorneys. Review and make recommendations
Monitor bankruptcy accounts. Monitor collection agency activity and support the external with resources as needed. Track collection effectiveness.
Formulate professional business letters for settlement,balance in full and account summary.

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent work experience; BS or BA in Accounting, Finance or Business strongly preferred.
Successful track record of professional B2B collection recoveries
Strong communication (written and oral), negotiation and analytical skills MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook and Word)
Ability to learn new collection technique applications
Ability to consistently demonstrate professionalism while under pressure

Receiving Supervisor (Austell, GA)

Job Title: Receiving Supervisor

Company Vision for this position:

The Receiving Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all electronic and physical transactions involving receipts and storage of materials in the main building. Ensures that receipts are processed on time, receipts are verified against the pack slip and physically. This person is also responsible for capturing revenue, keeping track of billable services performed by the receiving group and maintaining the 5s program for the receiving area. This position is accountable to the Receiving manager. Also serves as a backup for receiving clerks and put away clerks. This position requires supervisor to operate fork lift and pallet jack. Use of computer and inventory management software are required.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate sit down forklift and pallet jack to receive material.
2. Train and maintain staff.
3. Drives rotation of JIT inventory within all IntegraCore buildings and offsite storage locations.
4. Improves inventory accuracy at the SKU, customer and whole level.
5. Works in tandem with receiving clerk and put away clerk to ensure all items are handled promptly and correctly
General Workflow Process:
Measurable Objectives 1. Customer service to all internal and external customers
2. Deliveries processed within 24 hours of arrival
3. P01- P05 put away same day
4. R01 — R05 are cleared within 24 hours of receipt
5. Returns are processed same day of arrival
6. Area is kept clean
7. 1 hour daily training
Goals 1. All scheduled receipts are to be processed complete and on time.
2. All processes involving receiving will be documented and trained to the HAND
3. The receiving area will be taped off to delineate walk ways, staging areas, work areas, forklift ways, and return lanes.
4. 5S will be trained as part of each hands job function and clean the entire receiving area.
5. Receiving locations R01 — R05 will be cleared out within 24 hours of receipt. This will be maintained by the put away clerks.
6. Production locations P01 — P05 will be cleared out same day when possible
7. The receiving area will have strict 5S rules of order. All tools and materials will be in organized and optimized and a 5S champion will ensure sustainability.
