Monday thru Friday 9 am – 5 pm. Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Quick Books.

At least one year of experience in a call center environment confidence in working with customers via email, fax or phone.

Knowledge of freight terminology and ability to quote freight charges via common carrier or small package delivery is expected.

The qualified candidate must be able to adapt to change quickly in the ever changing electronic world.

Minimum Education Requirement – Associates Degree in related field.

Salary Range – $12 to $14 per hour – Health Insurance – 401K.

Rapidly growing vehicle leasing company seeks a reliable, organized customer service representative that can wear multiple hats. Responsibilities will include:

  • Payment Processing/Billing
  • Coordinating priorities with our repair facility on vehicles needing repair
  • Managing loaner vehicles, as needed
  • Assisting customers with properly insuring vehicles
  • Processing of vehicles and tags (training will be provided)
  • Other responsibilities depending upon skills, interests, and availability

Requirements for this position include

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependable transportation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Above average communication and telephone skills
  • Candidate must be organized and dependable
  • Candidate must demonstrate a very positive, “can do” attitude

Experience in this industry is not required. We are searching for the right person and will train as needed. Once properly trained, the right candidate can perform many of these responsibilities via telecommuting. However some on-site tasks and errands will need to be performed.
