Must interface with project and process engineering for the execution of capital programs, facility and equipment upgrades.

Must be able to manage assigned funding according to project commitments and budgetary commitments, to assist in development of plant capital plans for future facility/production improvements.

Must be capable to manage highly skilled personnel in testing, evaluating process changes, and equipment/facility repairs/equipment modification.

Identify opportunities for equipment, improvements, develop alternative solutions to potential problem areas and establish necessary contingency plans within budgetary constraints.

Independent decision making is an inherent part of responsibility of this position, once overall administrative guidelines and budgets are approved.

Analyze safety/industrial hygiene problem and corrective action.

Skills/Experience/Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related field, is required.

• An Understanding of basic equipment/facility operations.

• Minimum Experience: 5 – 7 years as a Maintenance Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Process or Project Engineer.

Performs final review of all new websites or changes to existing websites completed by Web Services department. Follows documented procedures to perform these reviews. Records all defects encountered during the review process and coordinates resolution of those issues with proper resources. Utilizes skills and experience to consistently refine the QA process to increase efficiency and decrease external returns. Provides feedback to management and peers with the goal of continuous improvement of processes and skills within the Web Services department. Primarily works under direct supervision, reporting to either a more senior member of the QA team or directly to the Web Services QA Manager. Promotes and demonstrates a consistent attitude of teamwork and cooperation. Maintains a strong customer-oriented focus. Demonstrates a strong interest in web development and associated technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Test all newly developed and modified websites and/or related software.
2) Use tracking system to record, prioritize and communicate issues to developers and management as necessary.
3) Special projects including beta testing support to product deliverable, reviewing internal site changes, etc.
4) Month-end may require extra hours.

Qualifications :
Along with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful incumbent will bring with them:
1) Some college/technical training, 1 year experience.
2) Web Development experience with reasonable proficiency in HTML, javascript, java, etc. Proficient user of MS Windors, MS Office Suite.
3) Industry Standard browser experience (IE, Netscape). Familiarity with web design including layout, usability, code, graphic design, software, and related technologies.
4) Ability to work in a team setting and have a strong attention to detail.
5) Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Currently, one of our top clients is in search of an exceptional Regional Clinical Research Associate located in Hartford, CT. The Regional CRA conducts site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring and study closeout visits for Phase 1-4 studies in accordance with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), ICH Guidelines, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business processes.

The Regional CRA conducts all clinical site activities according to the monitoring plan and in accordance with the study timelines and company objectives.

This includes but is not limited to: Manage the activities of clinical investigative sites across multiple protocols and multiple therapeutic areas with the ability to manage, with minimal supervision, sites participating in more complex clinical studies and/or sites requiring more oversight of operational issues

Manage the overall activities of site personnel over whom there is no direct authority and motivate/influence them to meet study objectives

Ensure quality of data submitted from study sites and assure timely submission of data, including appropriate reporting and follow-up for all safety events by site personnel

Ensure safety and protection of study subjects according to the monitoring plan, company SOPs, ICH Guidelines, and federal regulations

Due to the precise requirements of this position, we will only be contacting candidates that meet all of the listed criteria.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Medical / Science / Nursing background is preferred; and an MS, MA, MBA, or MPH is desired

Must have over 3 years of monitoring experience

Oncology monitoring experience is strongly preferred

Strong site management and monitoring skills

Experience in multi-therapeutic areas is desired

Current in-depth knowledge and understanding of appropriate therapeutic indications as they relate to the conduct of clinical trials

Excellent knowledge of regulations governing clinical research, ICH / GCP Guidelines and/or federal regulations, and applicable local regulations

You must live in a metro area and within 45 minutes of the nearest airport
