Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance position will provide all financial analysis related to supply chain.
Must partner with relevant supply chain operations and financial personnel to provide detailed analysis and insightful information related to gross margin movements, supply chain expenditures and product profitability mix. Information provided will assist the business team with making effective decisions towards achieving financial and strategic objectives.
Position is responsible for preparing supply chain cost projections for annual business plan and periodic updated financial forecasts.
Will also prepare new product costing, assess supply chain cost savings initiatives and support various business team projects from the supply chain financial perspective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include: Partner with supply chain process owners to provide financial analysis to deliver business team objectives.
Key deliverables are gross margin variance analysis GMVA (Actual v.
Forecast, Actual v Prior Period),and monthly reforecast of Year to Go cost variances.
Prepare supply chain cost projections for annual business plan and monthly updated year to go forecasts.
Provide understanding of supply chain cost and capabilities in the form of actionable information to the business team.
Financial Analysis of potential (VIP) cost savings initiatives and monitoring of actual P&L impacts of implemented projects.
Support supply chain cost estimates for new products by working with key stakeholders from multiple functional areas.
Assess monthly financial close transactions for reasonableness and for understanding of booked entries.
