Service Desk SpecialistJob Scope: This position monitors custom applications, systems and services 24 x7 to identify and provide email and/or phone support to team and/or customer base.Job Requirements: – Bachelor degree in Information Services and/or Marketing- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a similar role- Customer Relation Management Skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English-Spanish)- MS Proficient (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)- Analytical problem solving skills- Ability to influence others- Teamwork and detailed oriented -Organizational skillsJob Responsibilities: – Monitoring custom applications, systems and services to identify issues and provide email and/or phone support- Providing prompt replies to all incoming communications effectively- Driving problems to resolution- Troubleshooting issues within tools, systems and/or process.
