Growth has hastened our need for help desk/entry level system administrators. This position is ideal for people who are eager to get started on their system administration career and ready to be challenged by real world applications.
You will:
? Support a variety of IT systems spanning international boundaries which will allow you to expand your experience and skill set.
? Work with leading edge network and service management systems and tools including server virtualization.
? Participate in a profit sharing program which rewards your talent for improving network reliability and meeting the needs of end users.

You need technical knowledge including:
? Microsoft Windows2000/ XP/Vista/7
? Microsoft Office Suite 2003/2007/2010
? Backup Technologies (Live Vault, Backup Exec)
? Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition
? Software deployment technologies (ghost, repackaging tools)
? Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting)
? Remote access technologies (VPN, dial-up, terminal services)
Additional requirements are:
? 4 year Bachelor?s degree
? 6 months to 1 year relevant experience (can be an internship)
? Excellent communication skills
? Authorization to work in the USA
We prefer you have:
? Relevant certifications such as MCP, CCNA, MCSE, etc.
? Experience in customer service
Compensation/Benefits include:
? Annual salary of $40,000-$55,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
