Our client, in the Glendale area, is seeking a Director of Finance to perform the following: Provide financial leadership to a market that includes multiple facilities in the Milwaukee area
Coordinate and direct the budget process for the market
Analyze actual results and provide regular updates on financial performance to market leadership along with insights regarding key drivers and potential actions to be taken
Be the on-site resource to operations for departmental financial questions regarding reimbursement, expenses, or labor tracking
Participate in key strategic business decisions with a leadership team
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting or Finance8+ years of relevant experience with hospital experience being a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, physicians, and staff
Independent and flexible problem solver with the ability to adjust effectively to change
Ability to respond and prioritize timely and effectively as well as decisive under pressure
