This role is a Change & Release Manager, who will be focused on a migration to the Service Now Platform for our Customer and will be actively involved with this implementation in the change/release capacity. I am looking for someone with a strong Project Management background. An asset would be a candidate who has worked in a Software as a Service environment and who has either participated and our managed this type of implementation in the past.

Responsible for leading the design and support of enterprisewide business intelligence applications and architecture. Works with enterprisewide business and IT senior management to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Solves complex technical problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user. Creates testing methodology and criteria. Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability. Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems. Develops data/information quality metrics. Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprisewide business intelligence solutions. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 5 to 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the HR Department for all functional areas.� This position would report to the HR Supervisor. Primary responsibilities will include hourly payroll, coordinating recruitment activities, new hire orientation and on-boarding, assisting with benefits administration, maintenance of personnel records and HR reporting.� This individual must have excellent communication skills; be flexible, adaptable and have a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.� In addition, this individual must have ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

-Reports directly to the HR Supervisor

-Reviews all hourly time sheets for complete information, updates

� Kronos (payroll entries and time reconciliations)

-Assists with processing hourly payroll

-Supports the recruitment process by conducting phone screens, conducting ��applicant testing, scheduling interviews, applicant tracking, and sending applicant correspondence.

-Coordinate new hire activities, paperwork and orientation process

(which includes backgrounds, drug screens,� I-9s, WOTC, and

e-verify)

-Responsible for regular maintenance of HRIS, personnel files,� and benefits forms

-Administers basic HR procedures (updates HR policies, administers new HR practices/procedures, filing, assists with set up/break down of employee functions employee parties, celebrations, training).

-Serve as resource of information to answer routine HR questions.

-Administers Safety program and materials, takes initial reports of injury for�Workers Comp

Qualifications:

1)����� 1-2 years experience in an HR support role

2)����� 1-2 years payroll processing preferred

(Kronos software experience helpful)

3)����� Strong preference for recruiting experience

4)����� Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

5)����� Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

6)����� Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

IT/Networking – Systems Engineer (Your Home -> Customer Site)

As a Systems Engineer, you would use your technical skills to design, install, support, and proactively manage networks for clients. With a mix of remote and onsite engagement a Systems Engineer is responsible for the overall performance of the clients IT infrastructure. We are looking for a remote/onsite technician for a growing IT company supporting small businesses. This position will be based from your home, but will require travel onsite to customers.

Responsibilities:
·To deliver multi-tier technical support on problems ranging from account problems, VPN support to Exchange Server re-configuration within our managed corporate environments.
·Maintain maximum availability to answer incoming support requests, documenting the issue fully in the ticketing system as it’s resolved. Requests are submitted through multiple channels.
·Troubleshoot & make recommendations on Workstation inquiries/problems (we support Microsoft and Apple).
·Ability to work in a high energy and dynamic environment.
·To effectively communicate service outages internally & externally, to escalate tickets appropriately.
·Ownership of tickets as they arise and flow through the system. To confirm completion.
·Maintain personal ticket work queue, ensuring tickets are updated on a daily basis to achieve productivity to both client and Altuscio.
·Strong fundamental troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist troubleshooting on a wide range of information systems and applications.
·Provide after-hours and weekend support on a rotational basis.

Desired Qualifications:
·Current MCSE 2003/2008 certification OR equivalent experience/knowledge
·Minimum of 2-3 years of field experience
