Bilingual onsite staffing coordinator (Fulton Industrial)
We’re seeking qualified bilingual (english-spanish) applicants with exprience in full service recruiting, managing employees and account development!
Our Atlanta office is currently recruiting for a professional, energetic and motivated person to join their team! As an On-Site Staffing Coordinator, the position involves managing a team of employees (60 – 160 people) in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a sincere passion for working with people with the ability to coach and manage a team of employees.
Listed below are the key functions and responsibilities for the position:
? Responsible for managing employees in accordance to the client’s needs and expectations.
? Ability to coach, motivate, discipline and effectively communicate to the staff.
? Responsible for employee performance reviews and developing action plans for improvement.
? Involved with recruiting, interviewing and selecting new employees
? Process weekly payroll for employees.
? Track & organize reports on client key result areas.
? Develop strong relationships with client operations team.
¬Requirements: BILINGUAL (english- spanish) A MUST !
? Experience in coaching and developing employees to meet quality & performance standards.
? Ability to build strong relationships with the client Supervisors and Management Team.
? Performs well under pressure and has the ability to meet deadlines.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously
? Positive attitude with the ability to perform the job with high levels of energy.
? Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with clients & employees both written and verbal
? Steady work history preferably in an environment working with people
Salary plus incentives
