Assisted living with Memory Care facility looking for an Administrative Assistant
Requirements
- Enjoys working with senior population
? Previous experience working within the healthcare setting preferred
? Good communication and social skills.
? Minimum one year experience in a business office environment.
? Strong Microsoft office, specifically Excel is a must.
? Able to respond to resident request’s and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
? Composes and types routine correspondence.
? Routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
? Answers telephone and give information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
? Schedules appointments for employer.
? Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.
? Assists in the preparation/coding of invoices for payment.
? Assists in new hire documentation for new associates.
? Schedules appointments for residents.
? Maintains associate personnel and resident files.
? Orders office supplies and forms for associates and residents
